Father's day was great. I started a 10 day fast (which I haven't been too public about) and there was crawfish everywhere. I have learned as I grow older that my parents (especially dad) did do the best they could with what they had at the time. I've learned to Release, Trust and Restore what I can of the family unit. My uncle passed away 2:30am this morning and as I reflect on the male images in my life.... I must say, we've got to learn to cherish and uplift them as each day passes.
